Client Responsibilities

Payments
5.1 Health RESTORED Naturally operates on a cash-only basis. We do not accept insurance payments.
5.2 Payments for services, programs, packages, and workshops must be made in full prior to the commencement of any service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.3 All fees and prices displayed on our website or provided via communication channels are in Barbados Dollars (BBD) or USA Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of any payments made. If cancellation is made within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment, then a fee of $15 will be charged.
6.2 Refunds for services, programs, packages, or workshops are provided at the discretion of Health RESTORED Naturally and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Refunds on digital products:
1. We strive to provide high-quality digital recipe eBooks tailored to specific health conditions. Once a digital product has been downloaded, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued. 2. If you wish to initiate a return or request a refund for a digital product that has not been downloaded, please contact me at healthrestorednaturallyllc@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds for digital products, not downloaded, will be processed to the
original payment method used for the purchase within the specified return period of 5 days from the purchase date.
